Optical Inspection
Optical inspection allows detection of the following non-conformities:
1- Particles in suspensions
2- insufficiently filled or empty containers
3- discoloured solutions (blue)
Microcrack detection using high-voltage technology
The guiding principle rests on the impedance variation of both container and content. This standard depends on how full the ampoule is, on the existence of microcracks and on glass thickness.
Pinhole Detection
The pinhole detection machine for ampoules and vials uses a high voltage electrical field and impedance measurement to check each container at four inspection points. The container is examined for hairline cracks and pinholes, leaking ampoule neck tips, insufficient glass thickness at the tip and absence of fill.
The latest in high-frequency, high-voltage technology ensuring reliable, accurate and non-destructive inspection required by today's growing industry standards.
