We have decided to give our staff the opportunity to participate in different events, shows and exhibitions such as BioPharMos or CPhI.
They are trained to hold a stand; they fully participate in the organisation of the events, fulfilling different roles and exchanging ideas and experiences. They hold brainstorming sessions on promotional programmes. We are introducing a matrix organisation and enhancing their enthusiasm.
They also acquire a better grasp of the market's requirements through direct contact with customers, i.e. guiding them through a visit, explaining their jobs, etc..
This market approach is very important, as it gets our staff to take a personal interest in our projects, and develop a better understanding of the customer requirements.
Thanks to the professionalism of our team, Cenexi has been awarded during the CPhI exhibition in Madrid in November 2005 and has been discerned the “Best New Partnership” Award.
