Non-sterile pharmaceutical forms

Cenexi has extensive experience in manufacturing the main types of non-sterile pharmaceutical forms, including tablets. As such, the Group has the necessary expertise and equipment relating to the manufacturing processes of the latter: dry mixing, aqueous and alcoholic granulation (with fluid bed or turbosphere drying), and coating.

Our expertise also allows us to handle special processes, sustained release products, and dual core tablets.

Tablets are manufactured on the Fontenay-sous-Bois and Osny sites, the Osny site having production workshops for hormonal products and allergens.

Cenexi provides its customers with all possible capsule formats, with powder or granule filling.

As such, the Group has the necessary expertise and equipment relating to capsule manufacturing processes: dry mixing, aqueous and alcoholic granulation (with fluid bed or turbosphere drying), and encapsulation.

These capsules are manufactured on the Fontenay-sous-Bois and Osny sites, the Osny site having production workshops for hormonal products and allergens. A new workshop for the fluid bed manufacture of film-coated microgranules and encapsulation was also installed there in 2021.

Cenexi manufactures drinkable drops for its customers.

For this, a drop production line has been installed on the Hérouville-Saint-Clair site.

Cenexi manufactures lotions packaged in plastic bottles (up to 250 ml) for its customers.

A lotion production line has been installed on the Hérouville-Saint-Clair site.

Cenexi provides its customers with creams and ointments which it fills into aluminum tubes with capacities varying from 15-100 g.

Two paste production lines have been installed on the Hérouville-Saint-Clair site.

Cenexi manufactures syrups on behalf of its customers which it then packages in glass or plastic bottles with capacities ranging from 50-150 ml.

Two syrup lines have been installed on the Hérouville-Saint-Clair site. Cenexi offers syrup filling in clean rooms with HEPA filters.
